NoFeeBnb ("we", "us") runs nofeebnb.live. Right now the site is a waitlist for hosts who want to list homes when we launch. This page explains what we collect through the waitlist and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you give us:

• Your name and email address
• Your city or market
• How many homes you want to list
• Where you list today (for example Airbnb or Vrbo), if you tell us
• An approximate yearly revenue range per listing, if you choose to share it

We also record the date and time you signed up and the page you signed up from. We don't ask for payment details. Joining the waitlist is free.

How we use it

• To email you about NoFeeBnb, including when we open in your market
• To decide which cities to launch in first
• To understand what kinds of hosts are interested, so we build the right product
• To measure how the site is used, through analytics (see below)

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

What appears on the website

The "Recently joined" feed on our homepage shows only a signup's city, number of homes and how long ago they joined, for example "Host in Nashville, TN · 2 homes". It never shows your name or email.

Where it's stored

Waitlist signups are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account, using Google Apps Script. Google processes this data as our service provider. Our website pages are served by our hosting provider, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your browser's IP address when the page loads.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to run analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how people find and use the site, for example which pages are visited and how many people join the waitlist. These tools may set cookies and collect information like your browser type, device, approximate location and pages viewed. We use this only to improve NoFeeBnb, not to sell ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until we launch in your market and for as long as you stay interested in NoFeeBnb. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: every email we send includes a way to stop getting them.
• See, correct or delete your data: email us and we'll take care of it.

Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us to use them.

Children

The waitlist is for adults who rent out homes. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let waitlist members know by email.
